Prices include full English Breakfast and special diets can be catered for.

Your room will usually be available from 4pm but may be available earlier by arrangement, and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, but do contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements and we will do our best to help.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 5 days prior to your visit there is no charge, but in the event of late cancellation or failure to arrive w e reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booked accommodation if we are unable to re-let the room or if holiday is curtailed early.

Payment should be by cash or cheque (payable to Mrs A Parkyn). Cheques are only accepted with valid bankers card. We do not accept credit/debit cards.

Any damage or breakages are to be paid for before departure.
